How to overcome relationship - Ask Pooja Bedi

It is said to be so difficult when it comes to overcome relationship break. Dealing with heartbreak is never a easy task, the death of a dream you thought of during the relationship; of course it's necessary to heal and move on in life. What's over is technically over not the end of life. Then you are confronted with many of the philosophical perspectives like 'If you love someone leave them alone, if they come back to you, they're yours, if they don't they were never supposed to be yours.

The threat of such words is that if one of the partner is still feeling intense, it keeps them in a long in a state of hope and therefore the intense feeling never fades even after long time of relationship end. It's so important to utter that, "I'm not waiting here for someone to realize my value, because taking me for granted isn't a reason for me to click the pause button of my life". Try to give emphasize on yourself, your healing, the lessons learnt from the relationship, create a plan for what you want for your future to look alike and each day take a small step towards that vision of yours.

It's fine if things didn't work out the way you wanted it to be. You probably deserve someone who will gives you what you want from them and deserve to be loved. Someone who will live for you, wipes your tears and doesn't create them irrespective of the reason. I recently had a conversation with a friend who didn't want to get married to his girlfriend whom he is dating for over 5 years. So, She decided to moved on and recently gotten engaged to an American actor said Pooja Bedi (Indian Actress). The things are turned, and now he's the one having intense feeling that he has made the mistake and he should have held on to her. She is on the happier side with her fiancé who makes her life more beautiful than, like what she thought it would.

This is not just the only story across the globe there is always one person who will fit exactly what you want from relationship and life. So you should not stick to relationship if it is not working your way. Let the loss be their's. Keep your head high and know what's meant for you, and stop looking over your shoulder and enjoy the present.

"My wife has intense depression problems. It's her second marriage and she doesn't seem to overcome her past yet. She always talks about her ex-husband to me and is in touch with his first wife and his children. While, they often visit to spend time at our house it is okay but when she force that they should join us on our vacations which is supposed to happen outside town, it becomes a bit too much for me. How do I tell her to enjoy the present with me and not to involve the past in the relationship? Advising her to talk to a counselor has not helped. "

If your wife is not willing to overcome to a good hypnotherapist to solve the problems, then the only thing you should do that will get rid of the situation is better known as "time". The kids will grow up with the time and they will have their own lives. The first wife would move on with the other man who may not like it. These are all way in which you can improve the situation. Start with telling her that for each holiday which is to be spend out of town with them you deserve one solo. Make sure that the holiday is so interesting that she looks forward to spend more such holiday. If depression is an issue with her, tell her to seek doctor's advise and getting medication is a must for as far as a healthy marriage is concerned.
